SHIPPING & RETURNS
Within Australia

Australian orders will be processed and sent from our Yeppoon studio within 2 business days of payment being received. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are sent with Australia Post and your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise advised. Standard delivery, including tracking, is $9.70 per order, to anywhere in Australia. Express upgrades are available at Check Out. All Australian orders over $49 (not including postage costs), will be posted free via Parcel Post. Domestic orders over $49 can be upgraded to Express Post for only $3.00.

International Orders

We currently ship internationally to selected countries including New Zealand, Japan, the UK, Canada and the USA, via Australia Post. International delivery costs will vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for the exact shipping cost.

Import and duty taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs and Secret Trove is not responsible for any additional charges incurred once your order arrives at its destination. Please check with your local custom's authority for any additional fees.

Local Pick Up
​
FREE local pickup is available from our Yeppoon studio. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Returns And Exchange
​
At Secret Trove our earrings are made and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within seven days of receiving your goods to discuss options. We kindly ask that you choose your earrings carefully as we can not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.

Payment
​
We accept credit cards, PayPal or bank deposit. All item prices and postage costs are in Australia Dollars. Customers wishing to pay via bank deposit will be emailed a tax invoice with our bank details. If paying via credit card, please note that we do not store your personal credit card information. Your order will be processed once funds have cleared.
